Convenient location with helpful staff

The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, especially given our circumstances related to medical visits. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured a Keurig coffee maker, which was a welcome touch. However, the dining options could be improved, as the on-site restaurant menu was somewhat limited.

Had a great time with friends! We checked out the latest plays at Playhouse Square and enjoyed some live music in a quirky spot. The hotel was clean, and staff were generally helpful. For future guests, don’t expect too...  

I appreciated the modern decorations throughout the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic, An Ihg Hotel. The clean common areas made it easy to navigate as a senior traveler, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere during my stay....  

This was a fitting option for an overnight stay in Cleveland with great value for money. The staff were really nice, making the check-in quick and easy. Pro tip, mention if you're visiting for medical reasons for possible additional discounts.

convenient location but lacks timely service

The location is ideal for anyone visiting the Cleveland Clinic. I appreciated the comfortable Deluxe King Room that provided a restful space after a long day.

Unfortunately, the check-in time and the slow valet service left much to be desired.

Conveniently located near medical facilities, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the restaurant service could be improved as it was understaffed. Great for short stays but be aware of additional charges that add to the final bill.

Totally recommend for a fleeting pause

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access on the Healthline located outside the hotel allowing for exploration, and I appreciated the fridge for our food supplies and the shuttle service provided to the main...  

Great Location For Cleveland Clinic

The hotel location is great, being just a quick shuttle ride to the clinic. And the food at the restaurant, although overpriced, was above average.

i had a wonderful stay at holiday inn. the queen studio was clean and comfortable. the location was close to everything, making it easy to get around. the receptionist truly stood out with her kindness and made us feel welcome during a tough time....

I absolutely adored the modern decor throughout the hotel! Each room is equipped with a Keurig, making my coffee cravings easily satisfied without a trek to the lobby. Plus, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals—perfect for unwinding...  

I stayed in a Standard King Room and it was okay. The room itself was clean and spacious, which I appreciated. However, there was a wadded-up chunk of toilet paper on the seat when I arrived, and the drapes were all tangled. The staff was helpful, but it felt like the previous guest rushed out too soon. Overall, the room had potential but could have been better prepared for my stay.

We had a lovely stay! The wet bar was a nice touch, and the room was super clean. We ordered food from the cafe, and it was delicious!

Clean rooms with a modern feel. Valet parking adds unexpected costs. Enjoyed the happy hour for some relaxation after appointments.
